These 3 words represent the work that I do in terms of "Lead Self". We don't pause enough from our busy-ness to refresh, renew, reflect. Words represent our thoughts. Words can give life or scar. We need to listen to the language we use on ourselves and on others. Once we #pause and #listen to the language we use on self and others, it allows us to #re-think our paradigms, to re-write our self-narratives, to be more aware of others and to be in the moment for impact!
